Dechert Advises Cerus Endovascular Limited in Sale to Stryker Corporation

Dechert is advising Cerus Endovascular Limited (together with its sole subsidiary, Cerus) in its negotiated sale to Stryker Corporation, by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the United Kingdom Companies Act 2006.

Cerus is a privately held, commercial-stage medical device company engaged in the design and development of interventional neuroradiology devices and delivery systems for the treatment of acute, life-threatening neurological conditions. Stryker Corporation is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies.

The transaction was the result of a competitive auction process initiated by Cerus, resulting in Cerus and Stryker entering into a definitive agreement in September 2022.
