Dechert advised One Equity Partners (“OEP”) and Rizing in OEP’s definitive agreement to sell Rizing LLC to Wipro Limited.
In January 2022, Dechert advised OEP in its acquisition of a majority interest in Rosboro from Wynnchurch Capital.
