Dechert Advises FORTY51 Ventures on the Closing of Its First Fund

Dechert LLP advised FORTY51 Ventures, a Biotech venture capital firm, on the closing of its first fund, FORTY51 Ventures Fund I SCSp, FIAR, which raised US$43 million and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
FORTY51 focuses on company formation and early-stage investments in Biotech with geographic emphasis on Switzerland, France and Germany.
