Dechert LLP represented infrastructure engineering software company Bentley Systems, Incorporated, in its announced acquisition of EasyPower®.
EasyPower® is leading developer of design and analysis software tools, including arc flash solutions, for electrical engineering professionals.
The deal team representing Bentley in this transaction included corporate partner Eric Siegel and associate Spencer Krantz, tax partner Edward Lemanowicz, labor partner Ian Downes and employee benefits partner David Jones.
