Dechert Advises Exiger on its Acquisition of Ion Channel

Dechert LLP advised Exiger, a global SaaS supply chain management software company, on its acquisition of Ion Channel, a software supply chain risk management platform. With this transaction, Exiger becomes the first and only technology company to illuminate and centralize every dimension of the supply chain.

Exiger revolutionizes the way governments, banks and corporations navigate risk and compliance through its software and tech solutions. With its award-winning AI technology, they are leading the way in ESG, cyber, financial crime, third-party and supply chain management.

Ion Channel has been at the forefront of assuring critical systems in both the private and public sector. Following this acquisition, Exiger will add Ion Channel’s C-SCRM solution to Exiger’s FedRAMP Saas platform, providing access to 16.8 million different supply chains, 600 million legal entities and 7 billion source records of supply chain installations.
