Dechert Advised QPLIX GmbH on Minority Investment by Partech Partners

Dechert advised QPLIX GmbH on securing over €25 million in funding from Partech Partners via its Growth Fund. This investment will support QPLIX's growth objectives and facilitate its international expansion into key markets such as France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the APAC region.

QPLIX provides a leading software platform for the digital management of complex assets, used by international family offices, investment funds, asset managers and private banks. It encompasses all asset types and consolidates data for real-time insights via a portal or app.
