Dechert Advises Quest Diagnostics on Acquisition of Assets of Lenco Diagnostic Laboratories

Dechert advised Quest Diagnostics, the world's leading provider of diagnostic information service, on its recent acquisition of the assets of Lenco Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc., an independent clinical diagnostic laboratory provider serving physicians in New York, in an all-cash transaction for US$111 million.
