Dechert Advises on Morgan Stanley Capital Partners' Sale of Clarity Software Solutions to mPulse

Dechert advised investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) and their portfolio company, Clarity Software Solutions (Clarity), on the sale of Clarity to mPulse, a provider of Health Experience and Insights (HXI) technology.

The transaction combines Clarity’s multimodal member communications capabilities with mPulse’s HXI platform to enhance member engagement, broaden product offerings, accelerate innovation and scale and support clients’ regulatory compliance.

Headquartered in Madison, Connecticut, Clarity is a technology-enabled provider of communications and engagement solutions serving health insurers, third-party administrators and dental insurers.
