Dechert Advises Barings on Launch of Inaugural Infrastructure CLO at US$508 Million

Dechert advised Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, on the launch of its Inaugural Infrastructure CLO, Barings Infrastructure CLO Ltd. 2025-I, at US$508 million.

This CLO marks a significant milestone in Barings’ commitment to delivering innovative solutions for institutional investors. It combines more than 30 years of infrastructure debt expertise with Barings’ long-standing leadership in the global CLO market to offer a unique platform providing diversified exposure to high-quality infrastructure loans.

Since 2014, Barings has deployed approximately US$25 billion across 500 global infrastructure transactions. Dechert also recently advised Barings on the launch of Europe’s first multicurrency private credit CLO, Barings Euro Middle Market CLO 2025-1 DAC.
