Irish ICAV becomes a reality – checks all the boxes!

In our January 2014 Dechert OnPoint - Yes - ICAV! Irish Minister for Finance Announces New Irish Corporate Fund Vehicle - we outlined details of the proposed new Irish corporate investment fund vehicle and the enhancements that it offered over the existing corporate fund regime.
We are pleased to announce the ICAV Bill has passed both houses of the Irish parliament and will shortly be signed into law by the Irish President.
The published legislation is largely along expected lines and will be analysed in detail in a forthcoming Dechert OnPoint.
