House Financial Services Committee Releases Discussion Draft of the Financial CHOICE Act of 2017

House Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) on April 19, 2017, announced that the Committee will hold a hearing on April 26, 2017 to discuss the Financial CHOICE Act of 2017 that he plans to sponsor. The Committee released a discussion draft of the Act. The Act, if passed, would make a series of major changes to U.S. financial services regulation.
