Summary of the Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program

The Federal Reserve and the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced preliminary details for the Main Street Lending Program on April 9, 2020. Additional details and guidance were provided by the Fed on April 30, 2020. Under the MSLP, three new loan facilities will be created that will enable lending to small and medium-sized businesses by eligible lenders. The MSLP is not yet open for loan applications.
