
Alexander G. Andrews is an associate in the firm’s global finance practice. Mr. Andrews focuses his practice on finance and commercial real estate matters, including the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans and mezzanine financings (including construction loans), repurchase facilities and structured finance transactions, and the origination and securitization of single-family rental loans. He also has experience representing clients in loan assumptions, modifications, restructurings, and workouts.
Mr. Andrews joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2018.
