Victor Oluwaseun Adeniran

Victor Adeniran advises clients on complex transactional matters across real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial services.

Mr. Adeniran's current practice is focused on real estate and finance, where he has worked on complex refinancings in the hospitality industry, negotiated repurchase facilities for real estate credit platforms, and advised on broader commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Adeniran has also assisted the firm's National Security team, drawing on his background in corporate matters.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Adeniran built a strong foundation in M&A, representing buyers and sellers in strategic acquisitions across the life sciences and consumer sectors and supporting deal teams through transaction structuring and execution.

He also has experience advising registered investment funds and investment advisers on fund reorganizations, regulatory counseling and fund-related transactional matters.
