Victor Oluwaseun Adeniran

Victor Adeniran advises clients on complex transactional matters across mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate and financial services.

In his M&A practice, Mr. Adeniran has represented buyers and sellers in strategic acquisitions across the life sciences and consumer sectors, supporting deal teams through transaction structuring and execution.

On the finance and real estate side, Mr. Adeniran has worked on complex refinancings in the hospitality industry and the negotiation of repurchase facilities for real estate credit platforms, as well as broader commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Adeniran also advises registered investment funds and investment advisers on fund reorganizations, regulatory counseling and fund-related transactional matters, and has assisted the firm's National Security team, drawing on his experience in corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adeniran served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before attending law school, Mr. Adeniran worked as a licensed mental health therapist.
