Beyond Bi is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities group and represents a diverse range of clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, including securities regulation, public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ms. Bi was a Dechert summer associate in 2021. Ms. Bi had a variety of experiences during law school, including interning at Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, MBTA and Massachusetts Land Court.

    • MA Appleseed – Drafted testimonies in support of social justice legislation and conducted bills research.
