Foteini Biloroglou

Foteini Biloroglou focuses her practice on financial services and transaction matters. Ms. Biloroglou advises managers and investors in a wide range of legal and regulatory issues relating to private funds investing in venture capital and private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt. She also assists investors on their investment in Luxembourg funds including due-diligence and negotiation of investment terms.

She holds a bachelor of laws from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Biloroglou worked with reputable law firms in Luxembourg and Athens and with the European Investment Fund.
