Isabelle Breier

Isabelle Breier is an associate in Dechert’s healthcare regulatory and corporate practices. She has represented pharmaceutical, behavioral health, and healthcare information technology company clients in mergers/acquisitions and restructurings. She has also represented private equity clients in transactions across many sectors of the healthcare industry, including home health/hospice, durable medical equipment, and infusion therapy. She is skilled in interpreting federal and state healthcare guidance and has managed her clients’ healthcare contracting portfolios. Her areas of regulatory expertise include healthcare compliance, federal and state licensure, state healthcare transaction laws, HIPAA/health information privacy, healthcare fraud/waste/abuse, and the corporate practice of medicine. Prior to joining Dechert, she was an associate at another international law firm.

  • Corza Medical, a GTCR, LLC-backed global medical technology company, on its agreement to sell its biosurgery business, including the TachoSil® product portfolio, to EQT Group. 
  • Model N, Inc., a revenue optimization and compliance platform for life sciences companies, in its acquisition of Kalderos, a technology company that provides an intelligence platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers participating in 340B drug discount programs.
  • Altaris Capital Partners, LLC in its acquisition of Tegria, a healthcare consulting company.
  • Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s leading healthcare workforce solutions partners, in a financing and exchange transaction.
  • Noramco Group, a specialty active pharmaceutical ingredient development and manufacturing company, in SK Capital Partners, LP’s sale of Noramco Group to Siegfried Holding AG.
  • A healthcare information technology company in its acquisition of a revenue cycle management company.
  • A private equity client in its acquisition of a retiree benefits management platform.
  • Various private equity clients in their sales of a health benefits provider, an infusion therapy provider, and an employee benefits company.
