James Bunster is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities group. Mr. Bunster focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, leveraged finance, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Bunster was a Pro Bono Scholar at the Federal Defenders in the Eastern District of New York – Central Islip.
