Anastasia Bodea Crisan

Anastasia Bodea Crisan focuses her practice on financial services and data privacy matters. She advises U.S.-registered investment companies, including mutual funds and business development companies, as well as investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. Ms. Bodea Crisan also counsels fintech and digital asset clients on regulatory compliance matters relating to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency offerings.

In addition to her financial services work, Ms. Bodea Crisan assists clients with data privacy and cybersecurity compliance matters under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Regulation S-P, and state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Bodea Crisan was an associate at another international law firm.
