Bertrand J. Choe

Bertrand J. Choe is a counsel in Dechert’s global finance practice. He represents asset managers, sponsors, business development companies and other financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions. Mr. Choe regularly advises on transactions on varying levels of the capital structure, including senior credit facilities, ABL facilities, asset-based revolvers, loan-to-SPV structures, subscription facilities, private placements, unitranche facilities, subordinated/mezzanine debt and workouts/restructurings.

Mr. Choe was a member of the Dechert team that made Turnarounds & Workouts’ annual “Successful Restructurings” list for guiding RCS Capital through a major restructuring initiative, which was also recognized by The M&A Advisor with its ‘Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year’ award for deals valued between US$1 billion-US$5 billion.
