
Daniel Cherif is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice. Mr. Cherif focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, fund financings and other secured and unsecured transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Cherif was a leveraged finance associate at another international law firm.
