
Harris Cornell focuses his practice on U.S. tax aspects of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private fund formations that involve both partnerships and corporations. Mr. Cornell regularly advises clients on the tax consequences of company formations, the structuring of domestic and cross-border transactions, and bankruptcy-related matters. His practice also includes advising clients on cross-border financing agreements and matters related to capital markets.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Cornell was a tax associate at another international law firm.
