Kimberley Church

Kim Church focuses her practice on financial services matters. Ms. Church advises registered funds, their investment advisers and their boards of directors on a wide range of corporate matters, such as the development and launch of new funds, regulatory compliance matters for existing funds, fund and adviser compliance programs, fund governance issues and fund/adviser reorganizations and acquisitions.

Ms. Church has experience with closed-end funds, insurance-dedicated funds, and alternative strategy funds and their advisers and also counsels fund boards and independent board members on regulatory and corporate governance matters.
