Tali Eisenman is a Global Finance associate at Dechert, where she focuses on complex capital markets transactions, with particular emphasis on emerging areas of financial markets. Ms. Eisenman represents issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, investors and other market participants on securitization transactions, including CRE CLOs and CMBS.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Eisenman advised on asset finance and securitization at another global law firm and then served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 financial services company, representing its broker-dealer across a broad range of domestic and cross-border capital markets activities.
She has advised a diverse portfolio of technology companies and brings hands-on experience with AI and emerging technologies.
Her true passion is pro bono work, to which she is deeply dedicated.
