Jeremy Grose focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial dispute resolution and real estate litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, realisation of security, property-related insolvency, construction litigation and disputes arising out of the sale of land.
Mr. Grose became a commercial litigation partner in 1982, and set up the firm’s property litigation group in 1987. He is rated as a leader in his field in Legal Business Legal Experts and nominated as a “Top Property Litigation Lawyer” by Commercial Property. He is regularly ranked as a “Leading Individual” by Chambers, a referral guide to leading lawyers, and Legal 500. He is mentioned in The Legal 500 UK, 2016 and 2015 for property litigation and Chambers UK, 2014 describes Mr. Grose as "excellent." From April 2010 he has been a consultant for Dechert.
He is an accredited and practising ADR Group Panel mediator. He is a past chairman of the Property Litigation Association and has served on the Legal Advisory Board of The Estates Gazette. He is a former committee member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association where he edited the newsletter Resolve.
He also deals with all aspects of general commercial litigation, including warranty claims, professional negligence claims (property and non-property related), banking and construction disputes.
