
Nicholas Gersh represents clients in complex commercial disputes before federal and state courts and white collar crime.
Mr. Gersh advises individuals and corporations in connection with investigations into allegations of fraud and corporate malfeasance. These matters have involved prosecutors, regulators and enforcements agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr. Gersh also works on high impact pro bono cases challenging restrictive voting laws and biased redistricting in Texas with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Gersh was an attorney at a New York based securities litigation firm.
