Evan Heller

Evan Heller represents a diverse range of clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on public and private offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Heller served as an intern at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
