Katherine Hurley is an associate in the financial services and investment management group.
Ms. Hurley focuses her practice on advising registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed end funds and business development companies, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance, and business matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Hurley was a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance.
