
Katie Hyer counsels mutual fund complexes, investment advisers and mutual fund boards of directors on a range of financial services matters. She advises clients on the registration, regulation, disclosure obligations, compliance policies and procedures, and administration of a variety of investment products.
Ms. Hyer was a Dechert summer associate in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hyer worked at a credit card processing company. Her prior experience also includes an internship in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
