Keith R. Harden

Keith R. Harden focuses his practice on real estate, structured finance and securitization matters. Mr. Harden represents commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercia real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO) and residential transition loan (RTL) issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, servicers and investors in public and private SASB, Conduit, CRE CLO, RTL and GSE securitization transactions.

Mr. Harden has consistently been recognized by Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" in recognition of his work in Securities/Capital Markets Law.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Harden was an associate in the capital markets group of another large international law firm.
