Keith R. Harden

Keith R. Harden focuses his practice on real estate, structured finance and securitization matters. Mr. Harden represents issuers, underwriters and mortgage loan sellers in the issuance and sale of asset-backed securities, with a focus on public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions and collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Mr. Harden has consistently been recognized by Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" in recognition of his work in Securities/Capital Markets Law.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Harden was an associate in the capital markets group of another large international law firm.
