Anjanaye Jariwala focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. Mr. Jariwala represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Jariwala earned his juris doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2022, where he was a co-president of South Asian Law Students Association and alumni outreach director of Privacy Law at Berkeley. While in law school, Mr. Jariwala was also a member of the Berkeley Anti-Trafficking Group.
