Marsha Jobaida

Marsha Jobaida is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group. Ms. Jobaida’s practice encompasses a broad range of real estate acquisition and finance matters, including representing clients in the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate assets, and in the representation of clients in the origination and securitization of single-family rental loans, repurchase facilities and warehouse facilities.

In addition, Ms. Jobaida maintains an active and varied pro bono practice. Ms. Jobaida is admitted in Pennsylvania only; she is not admitted in New York.
