Casey Klein

Casey Klein focuses his practice on debt finance and leverage finance transactions. Mr. Klein represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Klein was an associate in the financial services, restructuring and bankruptcy practice of a national law firm. Mr. Klein advised lenders in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including secured syndicated debt financings, acquisition financings, leveraged financings and asset-based financings.

TCW Asset Management Company LLC, a leading global asset manager, on its US$130 million senior secured credit facility with Regis Corporation, a leader in the haircare industry, and Midcap Financial Trust.
