Mayan Katz focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. Mr. Katz has extensive experience representing and providing legal advice to international and Israeli corporations and funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public offerings in the US, investments, commercial transactions and other corporate and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Katz served as a law clerk and as an associate in the corporate and securities group of a leading Israeli international law firm, where he counseled Israeli companies listed on NASDAQ and international corporations on mergers and acquisitions and advised public and privately held Israeli and foreign clients on corporate and transactional matters.

  • A leading 3D printing company traded on NASDAQ, on a series of substantial acquisitions, including the US$400 million acquisition of a desktop 3D printer designer and manufacturer and the US$295 million acquisition of a leading service bureau business.
  • A leading 3D printing company in its public offering of ordinary shares on NASDAQ for net proceeds of US$462.9 million on NASDAQ.
  • The merger of two leading additive manufacturing companies and the subsequent registration of the combined successor company shares with the SEC on Form F-4 in company value of approximately US$3.0 billion.
  • A major Israeli food company in connection with the sale of a private equity fund’s control stake in the company to a large food company in China.
  • A medical device company listed on the Singapore Exchange in its acquisition of assets of a privately held Israeli medical device company.
  • American pharmaceutical companies listed on NYSE and S&P 500 concerning ongoing Israeli corporate and transactional matters and regulatory issues.
