Nicole M. Keller is a counsel in Dechert’s global finance practice, focusing her practice on securitization matters, complex real estate finance and capital markets. Ms. Keller has experience representing commercial banks, investment banks and non-bank lenders in their role as issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers, special servicers and b-piece buyers in commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions and borrowers and lenders in connection with repurchase/warehouse facilities.
