Charles Low

Charles Low is an associate in Dechert’s global finance group. His practice focuses on a range of finance transactions, including cross-border leveraged financings and fund-level financings.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Low trained and qualified in the London office of an international law firm. He was subsequently based in Moscow, where he maintained a broad practice encompassing corporate, finance, and capital markets matters.
