Samuel Lebrun

Samuel Lebrun advises on the structuring, establishment, distribution and ongoing operations of investment funds for a variety of asset classes. His expertise also includes assisting major investors in relation to their investment activity. He also advises on regulatory matters (e.g. AIFMD, MiFID, AML, etc.).

Mr. Lebrun has been listed in The Legal 500, UK 2023 edition for private funds. Clients state that he has been “excellent on a recent fund launch.”

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Lebrun worked in the Luxembourg office of a magic circle law firm.
