Zhaohui Li focuses his practice on corporate matters in relation to the energy and natural resources industry. Mr. Li represents Chinese state-owned companies in connection with antitrust filings, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and other international business transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Li served as counsel in the energy transactions and projects group at Vinson & Elkins. He also worked in the Department of Foreign Investment Administration, Ministry of Commerce, of the People’s Republic of China.
