
Georgina McLeod* focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization.
Ms. McLeod has represented a broad range of financial institutions including issuers, arrangers, trustees, asset managers and funds in U.S., European and cross-border asset-backed lending and fund finance transactions. She has significant experience representing FinTech clients.
Ms. McLeod has advised across a number of different sectors and asset classes, including unsecured consumer loans, corporate loans, auto loans and leases, residential mortgages, trade receivables and whole business securitizations.
Ms. McLeod also advises on related regulatory matters and developments.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. McLeod was an associate in the New York and London offices of another global law firm.
