He has handled high-profile merger control cases before the European Commission and national competition authorities; major cartel investigations in a variety of industries; and numerous litigation matters concerning both public and private enforcement before local and district courts, Germany’s Federal Supreme Court and the European courts.

Prior to joining Dechert, Dr. Meyer-Lindemann served as the Brussels office managing partner of an international law firm. He also previously worked in the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf offices of a leading German law firm, as well as in the Atlanta, Georgia office of a U.S. law firm.

In addition to his legal practice, Dr. Meyer-Lindemann has published extensively on competition law topics and has been appointed Honorary Professor at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf in 2013.
