Manny Marcos

Manny Marcos is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate practice, focusing on finance and commercial real estate matters, including origination, acquisition and disposition of mortgage loans and mezzanine financings.

Mr. Marcos represents banks and institutional lenders in connection with loan originations secured by a wide variety of commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, hotels, retail properties, condominiums and multifamily properties. Mr. Marcos also advises on leasehold financing, mezzanine loans, loan participations and syndications.
