Josh Neifeld

Josh Neifeld is a special counsel in Dechert’s Capital Solutions Group and has extensive experience advising parties in both out-of-court and in-court workouts and restructurings. 

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Neifeld served as a restructuring associate at an international law firm. Mr. Neifeld has also worked as a legal analysis in a prominent distressed debt media outlet and clerked for the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr in the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court.
