Doireann O’Daly

Doireann O’Daly practices financial services law in the Dublin office of Dechert LLP. She is a trusted advisor for clients in relation to the launch and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS and AIFs. Her clients include investment managers, UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers. With almost a decade of experience, she advises many of the world’s leading asset management companies, financial institutions and service providers carrying on business in Ireland or through Irish / Luxembourg vehicles. She also has extensive experience advising international clients in relation to European and Irish legal and regulatory developments.

Prior to joining Dechert LLP, Ms. O'Daly was an investment funds lawyer at two leading Irish law firms based in Dublin. 

Ms. O'Daly frequently publishes articles on complex legal issues impacting the asset management industry and speaks on podcasts and webinars.

Ms. O'Daly is an advocate for diversity in the asset management industry. She is also an active member of the 100 Women in Finance Dublin Steering Committee.
