Frank J. Pecorelli

Frank Pecorelli focuses his practice on global finance matters, assisting on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Pecorelli was a restructuring associate at another law firm where he represented banks and other financial institutions in connection with financing transactions and in- and out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

While in law school, Mr. Pecorelli served as an intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie and the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil.
