Jarlath Pratt

Jarlath Pratt advises sponsors, sovereign wealth and pension funds on complex investment transactions, fund investments, private equity and infrastructure matters. He combines deep market insight with practical deal experience to deliver strategic solutions for European and global clients.

Mr. Pratt draws on more than 20 years of private practice and in-house roles at leading financial institutions. After training and practicing at a leading UK law firm, Mr. Pratt served as vice president at a global financial institution supporting their private equity, infrastructure and principal investment teams. Mr. Pratt later joined a leading global institutional investor, rising from Counsel to Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel and leading its EMEA legal and compliance practice. He co-chaired the European Private Equity M&A Forum and sat on the standing committee for the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds General Counsel conference.
