
Katheryn Pereyra-Caldwell is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate group. Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing and subordinate debt.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell worked in the real estate finance group of another international law firm.
