Katheryn Pereyra-Caldwell

Katheryn Pereyra-Caldwell is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate group. Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate finance. She represents banks and other institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions, involving the origination, syndication and disposition of mortgage and mezzanine loans. Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell also represents major financial institutions with warehouse facilities and other repurchase transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Pereyra-Caldwell was an associate in the commercial real estate finance group of another international law firm.
