
Michael M. Piri focuses his practice on advising registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, business development companies and exchange-traded funds, and their investment advisers on a wide variety of fund formation, regulatory, compliance and business matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Piri advised clients on registered investment companies and related matters for a law firm in Washington, D.C.
