Practice Areas

Francois Quintard-Morenas serves as special counsel in the finance and real estate group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant side leasing, ground leasing, and real estate financing. Mr. Quintard-Morenas has also considerable experience with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and secured transactions).

Before joining Dechert, Mr. Quintard-Morenas was an associate at a leading international law firm in Paris.

  • Graham Partners in its acquisition of a leading provider of high pressure pasteurization, cold storage, and other value-added services to food and beverage manufacturers. 
  • Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. in its acquisition of U.S. Silica Company, a leading provider of industrial silica products. 
  • Centre Partners in its acquisition of Captain D’s, a seafood restaurant chain.
