Caolan Ronan

Caolan Ronan is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group in Charlotte. Mr. Ronan focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, private equity funds and other corporate borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities as well as various ABL and commercial financings.

Prior to joining Dechert, he was an associate at another international law firm with a specialization in fund finance.
