Victoria Roffey
Victoria Roffey is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group. She focuses her practice on structured finance and real estate finance transactions.
Ms. Roffey has experience in repurchase transactions, commercial real estate lending and commercial real estate securitizations. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Roffey worked on the legal team at a global technology company.
- Represented a global bank on a US$200 million note issuance.
- Represented a leading global asset manager on a US$50 million revolving credit facility for the purpose of originating debt obligations.
- Represented a global bank on an £83 million term loan secured against real estate assets.

- Windrush Compensation Scheme – Represented a claimant in a Tier 1 Review appeal under the Windrush Compensation Scheme and successfully secured significant compensation.
